Apply by filling out the below information (step 1), and submitting a one-page explanation (anything more than one-page will not be considered) of why an internship with SonRise Ranch is important to you (step 2) to the email address to the right (below if you are on a mobile device)

Internships start in mid-May, we'll let you know our selections by early February.

We are looking for the following qualities in an intern...
  • Reachability and teach-ability (not just, can you follow directions, but will you)
  • Honesty (self explanatory - I cannot teach you this, you must have it already)
  • Hard work (you can be encouraged in this, but I can't teach it)
  • Servant-leadership (this is a posture, an attitude and mind-set - you must choose it)
  • Passion (do you really want to do this?)
If you have the above qualities - great, please apply (don't waste your 1-page space by telling me how honest you are), instead write about the following three things... 

1. Tell us what RegenAg means - to you - not anyone else, not the world, not the community - You! Why you feel it is important. Do not tell us about RegenAg (we got that). What does it mean to you. 

2. Tell us your goal(s) - what do you want to do? Be honest (if you are an accountant and want to learn how to move Cows - that's cool, just tell us) What do you want to get out of a Summer with SonRise?

3. Tell us how you plan to accomplish your goal(s)

Include your name on the essay.

Ok, now, if you haven't guessed it... you will have to be really succinct to get all this done in one page... so go for it - you can do it.

Mark Twain once said, “I didn’t have time to write you a short letter, so I wrote you a long one.” - those are words of wisdom. Work at it - consider this to be your first SonRise Internship task (if you come, there will be many more).

Internships with SonRise have the following...
  • 90 Days during the summer (2023) with a 30 day optional extension offered
  • Food
  • Housing
  • Location - Guest Ranch, Wyoming
  • Immersion in RegenAg and hard work
  • Stipend 
Outstanding interns are sometimes asked to stay for a full-time position. Others are encouraged to continue their education and expansion by learning more and venturing out.
