Place my Discount Subscription Box on hold

    If you are a Discount Box Subscriber, you may notify us to hold your Box if you will be unable to receive your shipment for a period of time.

    Hold requests must be received at least 20 days prior to your next delivery week.  Requests received within 20 days prior to your delivery week will be scheduled for the following month/shipment.  A request for an immediate hold within 20 days will incur a $25 restocking fee.

    We request that you limit your Hold requests to no more than one per calendar year.

    ​We will send you a confirmation via email and resumption of delivery notification. You will receive a response shortly - usually within 24-48 hours (M-F, 8-5 PM).
